Below is a list of Pennsylvania's Female Ancestors that have been added to the NSCDA Register of Ancestors. The entries include their name; their birth, baptism, death, and burial dates if known; and their service category which allows their direct descendent to join the NSCDA.

As of December 2025, the NSCDA/PA has added 72 women to the PA list of qualifying ancestors.
